About The Wisdom to Know the Difference
• Paperback: 272 pages
• Publisher: Tarcher; Reprint edition (September 2, 2010)
The Wisdom to Know the Difference: When to Make a Change and When to Let Go explores how to apply the message of the Serenity Prayer, accepting the things we cannot change and changing those we can. Endorsed by the Dalai Lama, the book is full of stories of people from different spiritual traditions finding the courage to change their lives (and sometimes the world), as well as stories of letting go and finding peace.
After its hardcover release last year, The Wisdom to Know the Difference won a Silver Nautilus Book Award in the category of Personal Growth/Psychology. It was also first runner up in the Coalition of Visionary Resources award in the spirituality category. It was recently released in paperback by Tarcher/Penguin.
