I used to be very to be very overwight and I successfully adjusted my diet but I did not go on a diet. I changed my eating habits gradually and created a better way of eating. I did it a little at a time and my weight has been reduced for over 15 years. The information that Thich Nhat Hahn brings may be a very useful addition for us all.
